Extremly rude person on the other end. Not sure where they were calling from - calls every day

Rude caller! Would not identify themselves or the reason for the call. Another reason to hate Comcast!!!!!

I keep getting these robocalls from Comcast from this number trying to get me to pay "my" bill for a Comcast business line that I don't have.  I don't even use Comcast.

This is a robo call from Comcast.  they wanted me to give them my name, address, name of company etc.  They should be able to pull up your account by your phone number.  BeWare of this phone number.

I keep getting these robocalls from Comcast from this number trying to get me to pay "my" bill for a Comcast business line that I don't have.  I don't even use Comcast.

Call three times today (so far!) Didn't leave a message.

Called this # after they called me.  Said it was Comcast and I owed $.  Wanted bank info....I pay the real Comcast over the phone and they have banking info.  I told the women I was not going to give it to her and she said ok and hung up quickly. BEWARE this is a scam

Beware - Scammer pretending to be Comcast - trying to get your banking info.
They dont even have a legitimate name on the caller ID.  just says " 800 service"

They called saying that they are comcast and that I owe them 160 on a bill, which is not true.I am up today. They pretend to be comcast ,but I dont believe them.

This number has been calling over the last past year. I spoke to them twice and requested both times to remove this number as I do not have a Comcast account and whoever they are looking for cannot be reached by this number. Last time I spoke to them was in April 2018. Now they are calling again. I will be sending a cease and desist letter and an FCC complaint after that if the calls continue.

The C & D letter should be sent certified, return receipt.  The FCC does not have jurisdiction in this matter.  This would be under the purview of the FTC, CFPB, and your State Attorney General.

Scam victims might say the same thing, not knowing they were scammed.

Always call from an official number to verify its not some scammer impersonating them.

Repeated calls from
Comcast business service for a person who set up an account for their business. This person was named Robert. Called multiple times to insure someone there to service the business to open line. Now months later calling me to say he is late on payments. Requested repeatedly to be removed from the line. Assured me that it was taken care of. Have called 3 more times today. I answer and tell them I’ve asked to not call me. Last person was very rude. All the others were quite nice. Always try to change you to another person but I refuse to give any info over the phone as I have been a victim of identity theft and will never give info over the phone they the company should already have. Said it was an entry error when the service contract was started. I’m filing a complaint with Comcast and will also file a fraud claim if any charges ever appear with the Chicago police department.
