I just got the same call, that someone was going to serve me with court papers, who calls before serving court papers and letting you know? I called the number they provided me and no one answers,

I also got the same call. It is illegal to threaten people with arrest.

I've been getting the same call from the same number, they even contact my brothers and sisters looking for me they told my brother that they have a civil lawsuit against me and how do they reach-me for payment  from a payday loan , that if he don't pay he will go to jail it's a scam... They even left a message on my voice mail where we could meet and discuss payment ,, what idiots
