Strange billing of our card by Entertainment Rewards 866-364-1333.

I got an email whith this number.
They failed to bill my card because I closed the account.
I never know I was being charged.
I researched and found that when I got tickets to a play they started charging my account monthly......thanks Ticket Master.

I never aggreed to a membership with Entertainment Rewards but got one after buying tickets through ticket master.

Well, enjoy total of $18 you sucked from me before I noticed.

I will never use ticket master again.

You can login to ticket master account and delete you credit card info to prevent future charges.

they got my visa info,so i cancelled the card and the [***] are calling me again asking why my card info wont work.i never gave them the ok to bill my card and dont know how they got it.

I also received a charge on my checking account from this company "entertainment rewards".  I did not sign up for the service.  Now I have to dispute the charge as unauthorized, close my visa debit card and have it reissued. What a mess.  I recently purchased tickets thru ticket masters and see other complaints on other sites referring to ticket masters also. What a scam.

Thanks for the info, I got ripped off by ticketmaster and the entertainment reward as well.  Then TM makes it impossible to e-mail a complaint to them.

how can they take money out of your account without asking?

Just found out I've been charged after buying tickets too.  How do you cancel without canceling credit card?

I have had a $9.00 entertainment charge on my Barclay's Mastercard for over a year and have not been able to get it stopped.  How can I stop it without cancelling my credit card

If the charging party refuses to stop, tell Barclay you are a victim of fraud, explain the whole situation, do not leave out any details, and ask Barclay to refund what money they can and to replace your card with a another. Tell Barclay this is fraud, not a dispute. If you say dispute, Barclay will tell you to work it out with the charging party (which you presumably did for a year). File complaints with ic3.gov and ftc.gov, just google "ic3.gov complaint form," ditto for ftc.gov. Bon chance mes ami.

total rip...i just realized they have been charging me 12 dollars a month since june!  

Then, when I go to cancel the membership...this guys tells me...we cant find the card.  Lies! all lies!

I feel so used.
