866-364-6097 showed up on the caller ID.... He said: make a speak to the person that makes your telephone decisions.... I politely told him that we are on the do not call list.... He apologized and said that our number doesn't come up that way, and he would not call again.,.

I just plain don't answer calls that begin with 800 or 866.  Could care less who they are!

Received a call from 866-364-6097 at 12:48AM. When the phone rings in the middle of the night you think the worse. By the time we got to the phone, there was no one there. We really hate telemarketers and receiving calls in the middle of the night is really upsetting.

phone rang at 4 am cdst.  answered it. line open, no reply. finally hung up.  disturbing with a son in Iraq and elderly parents.

We got a call from 866-364-6097 @ 2:30 am, didn't answer but it woke us up. makes us want to go totally cellular. Is this a telemarketing number? They should be fined and their home numbers distributed so we can call them at all hours

Someone called from this number, I answered, then they hung up.  Irritating.

12:34 am Central time our home phone rang, thought the worse of course. Didn't get it right away and by the time we got to it, they had hung up. I called the number right away and I got a voice mail greeting system that said Superior Marketing or something like that. I tried again now (5:45 pm) and greeting said "you've reached the voice mail of customer service" but then it says the mailbox is full and please hang up. Fuc**rs.

12:26 am Central time phone rang.  Called them back this evening and got voice mail for Superior Marketing and mailbox was full.  Waking people up from a sound sleep...now that's what I call Superior Marketing!

Called at 4:15 am; no one on other end of line.

I answered in a way that made it sound like a business number...and the caller hung up. I'm on two do not call lists..the Federal and Pennsylvania's.

These people NEED to be shut down!

Called twice, first time it played music, second time just silence.  I did the *69 to get the number.

Receive hang ups from this number regularly.

Received a call asking to speak to the person who handles the phone decisions. This person stated they were from AT& T and were offering a phone package to switch from our current provided (Verizon). They stated that AT&T owns the lines and that Verizon just leases them, resulting in higher fees. Sounded very knowledgeable. I called AT&T directly using the customer service number that was given to me by the caller, and they stated that they had never heard of this person, nor did they offer such services in our area.

If you are sorry then you would not still be calling people!!!!

got the call from 866-364-6097 asked for the owner i then asked who's calling he told me his name was john sykes i said where are you calling from he said i am john sykes and said company name sir and then he hung up on me ! i called the number back and it was AT&T. I informed the manager and she said they would review the recorded call and action would be taken!

They called my business line, and I answered on the 1st ring.  The computer dialer they used had already hung up by the time I said "Hello".

I called the number back, and someone answered - and replied that they are an AT&T call center, and that they were "having problems with their auto-dialers" - and then indicated that it was probably in reference to asking if I would be interested in changing my business phone service.
