This showed up on my checking statement along with a charge. It appears to be some sort of downloadable porn.

I recieved a call from my bank telling me that a charge of 24.95 from 866-365-6104, called BZZS Media was placed.  I also recieved a call from 877-211-1746 from a company called onlinepaycity.com.  When I called, both of the voicemails where the same.

Someone has stolen my bank card number because I found 3 charges in my bank statement that I did not make. They were reported to the fraud dept and the bank canceled my card and is issuing me a new one.

here are the fraudulent charges:

$59.99 Valve AKA Steamposered.com  (Video Game store online)
$ 9.99  Valve AKA Steampowered.com  (Video Game store online)
$ 1.00 APL ITunes (Downloaded music)
$24.95 BZZSmedia.com (but was caught and declined)

So 2 days after canceling my card, I was on the phone with the bank and they told me someone tried to charge me $24.95 from BZZSmedia.com. Luckily, I had my card canceled so it was declined.

You know, many of these theives never get cuaght because alot of the credit card companies and banks just never go after them. Either the amount of money is too small for them to be bothered or they just don't care.

Several years ago, an auto brake repair shop stole my our credit card number and went Christmas shopping online. They spent over $1500.00! We had to jump through hoops to get this taken care of. We had to file a claim. We had to contact the credit reporting agencies (all 3 of them), file  a police report. Finally after we did everything we were told to do, the credit card company reversed the charges. But they never once went after the crooks and neither did the police. And we all had the name and address to the person that ordered all the stuff. My husband wanted to go to their door and beat the crap out of them, but I wouldn't let him. They knew where we lived. if not for that, I would have let him do it.

Then a few years beforee that, someone stole our credit card or bank card number, rented a car under our name and never returned it. The charges were reversed easily. Thank God.

It's not that the financial institutions do not go after the crook.  With card fraud there are so many people involved it is near impossible to locate them.  The person that stole your card number may not necessarily be the ones that are making the charges.  It is a vicious cycle and sadly one that will only get worse.  Best bet is to contact your local police department, start a case with them.  The more complaints they get the better they are at atleast catching one criminal involved.

This is a cover up website to a porn website name Brazzers.com or Brazzer.com I called the # on my bank statement and they stated to me that I had opened a free trial and did not cancel so I was being charged and it couldn't be possible because my computer is down no hard drive knew they were lying and my bank did not want to cancel the payment

bzzsmedia is a financial company that is "nice face website" for porn companies they represent including brazzersnetwork.com
