Yes, it is a scam. You have suffered a browser hijack due to visiting an infected website.  Search on "Remove Browser Hijacker" for some suggestions on how to remove the malware.  You can also use a malware remover such as Malwarebytes or check the support section of your security software's website for help. You may also be able to use "System Restore" to reset your computer to a date before the hijack appeared.

I called xport technologies because my computer was acting up.  They found 3 hackers and 400 trojan viruses.  Was this a scam.  Are  they a legitimate company.

This number is a scam just hang up they will try to get u go on line to show there malware or a virus . This is a computer call center with fake techs . Let your friends and family no they have a fake web site. Scamers

This one off the bigeat scams out there please big it in to a local computer store never trust people u don't no on the computer they can show u errors on your computer so u believe there virus they not . Nobody ever calls to let u no u have a virus or a hacked computer,

Yes. Please tell me you didn't give them remote access with something like GoToAssist or TeamViewer.
