This is a scam, false advertising of a great deal from allstate, in turn they take your info tell you they will call you back. Which they don't, & when you follow up your advised of a price possibly 3x the rate you currently pay.  They only waythey are able to legally do this is cause they write this is a proposal of the top of the form.

Just because  they say "Allstate" when they answer the phone doesn't mean it really is Allstate.   I didn't get a phone call from this number, but it's on a "proposal" that I just got in the mail today.  I know there's no way they would insure me for the price quoted because I just got an email quote from an Allstate agent that is almost twice as much.  Also, the return address on the envelope is a PO Box in "South Florida", FL.  South Florida is not the name of a city!!

I got a quote from this number 6 days ago and they actually bound 2 of my vehicles.  Got the paperwork today and it's from Allstate.  And by the way "South Florida, FL" is actually the postal city that is used in the post office.  I also thought that was suspicious so I looked it up.  Real post office in Broward county somewhere.  Sorry folks, it's legit!
