From our investigation it appears that they have an affiliated website as well www.payday-nextday-loan.com which has several references to Payday Loan Yes. They use the same finance structure and how they are getting their information on customers is a direct indication that they are affiliated. Also for California residents these companies are not Licensed to do business in that state per Department of Corporations guidelines.

I cancelled a loan application due to not having enough funds i paid $314 for a security deposit and i would like my money back refund return for cancelling the application if someone could call or send a confirmation email letting me know when my money will return to me at 315-222-8367

What is wrong with all you people posting your phone numbers on a public website?  Nobody at 800notes.com has anything to do with this scam company.  You're not getting your money back - it was taken by scammers!  You've (hopefully) just learned a rather expensive lesson.

1. Posted your number on a PUBLIC WEB SITE that has nothing to do with the crooks who called you. You can expect a lot more junk phone calls now, you've identified yourself as an easy mark (probably correctly).

2. Asked persons unknown on same website to "refund" money you never gave them.

3. Thought you could get a "refund" from crooks who STOLE your money.

4. Failed to realize that your money was stolen.

5. Failed to realize you were dealing with scammers.

6. Failed to realize you were actually scammed.
