I got a call from Hayden Carter stating he has exciting news and i was approved for a loan - how do they get my cell phone number? Its on the do not call registry

Left an automated message that just said "please return call to (866) 366-3410." Not going to call back!

I have the same issue as everyone on here.  I have no clue how they got my number but they called my cell too.  I hope they get reported for harassment.

Yep, payday loan company wanting to give me a loan. When will they STOP? Gah!

i've never applied for any loans or nething like that n' i'm not old enough to even try yet...lol...and they still called my cell phone.

they call and they call and they freaking call...I never answer, again don't have time for their bs...They don't leave vcmail...So screw them..

I am in the Telesales arena, We are only permitted to contact a client if we have any ERB (Established Business Relationship) in the the last 18 months. THAT IS THE ONLY WAY ANY COMPANY IS EXEMPT FROM DNC COMPLIANCE! We are not permitted to call cell phones as that will cost the client money for airtime. If any company is attempting to contact you over the phone they must be DNC Compliant and must be registered with the attorney general in your state.

This may be your lottery ticket. the only companies that are DNC exempt are 501c3 Charity's and Political Agents or any company you have a pre established ERB (Established Business Relationship) Your Bank, Utility Companys.... Any company you have an account with. Otherwise it is an $11,000 fine per offense and or forfiture of any license to conduct business in that state. go to FTC.gov for more information.

Said my husband requested a loan on-line.  He didn't.  They called my number not my husbands.

i received a call from 866-366-3410 and got a cash loan until my next payday. Fixed my car so i could keep getting to work...thanks. I had a good experience.

got this weird call , called back. answered some questions = got some money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!thought scam/fraud at first, money was in my account the next day as promised.

never leaves message. calls 4-5 times a day.

They called me & left a message on my voice mail saying that I had inquired online. Totally NOT TRUE.. I am on the do not call list.. & I just filed a complaint. :-)

Kept calling, asked to be placed on DNC on 8/1/08. Calls have stopped..********************ATTENTION PEOPLE, IT'S SIMPLE = ASK THEM (POLITELY) TO BE PLACED ON THEIR DO NOT CALL LIST. GIVE THEM THE NUMBER(OR NUMBERS) YOU WISH TO STOP BEING CALLED AND THEY WILL STOP CALLING!!!!!!!!!!!******************

That is a lie about not being able to call cell phones.  I have a phone call locked in on my cell phone log from this number.  I've received several unanswered calls from this company and finally answered to have a representative tell me that I've been approved for an installment, but somehow I think this is a scam.  I haven't applied for any loans recently.

Recorded message stating that this was in response to an on-line inquiry.  I hung up!

This number called to give me exciting news about a loan I've never requestion or heard of. It was a recording from someone named John. The call was on my cell phone, a number I only give out to family and friends. I signed up for my state (Texas) and the national Do No Call registry, so it looks like I should file a complaint.

Someone called for me and I told them I wasn't home so they left a message and said that She had good news for me about my online loan and to call her back at this number.  Her name was Judy.  I didn't apply for anything.  We are also on the do not call list.  what jerks.

Recording said something like, "This is the loan company about your online inquiry ... press one to talk to somebody." I pressed one so I could give them some grief. Just then, a Sit 'n' Sleep commercial came on the radio, and I couldn't help myself ... just as the telescam gal came on the line to help me lose my life savings and home, I put the phone up to the radio speaker and cranked the volume to BLASTO while ol' Larry was shrieking YOUR MATTRESS IS FREE!!!! Gee, she hung up on me.
