Keep having someone from this number call my cell phone constantly, does anyone know who this is?

Getting calls from 866-367-1533 on my cell phone from this number. No caller ID name, just the number. They never leave a message.

Getting calls from this number, can find NO information for it. Anyone have any clues??

I called the number from my work phone. The call is initially answered with a recording stating "this call is being recorded, blah blah". Then the phone starts ringing again and a man comes on the line and says "Hello, this is Joseph from Rescom Exteriors". I hung up on Joseph.

I think I was signed up for some drawing they had for free replacement windows. Gotta love friends who like to pull pranks.

So Glad I found this forum. This guys calls me 5 times a day. This has gone on for about a week now. Rescom Exteriors sent some kids door to door in my neighborhood. I was grilling dinner for my family when the sales kid showed up. I explained i'm not interested and that it's dinner time. The kid was relentless. So as a common way of getting back at pesky sales people, i signed up for a free early Saturday morning estimate on my front door. I had plans to be away for the weekend, so my hope was to waste some of Rescom Exteriors time as they wasted mine.

Only now this guys just completely does not get the point. How would I be interested 7 days later after blowing you off in the first place. Wouldn't I return 1 of the 200 calls you made?

Sure I could pick up the phone and tell him I'm not interested do not call here, but it's the principal of the matter. It doesn't waste my time to screen calls, but i'm just seeing how pathetic this guys will really get.
