called my work number, left only a partial message where I heard the man say something about a judgement against me... I assume it's another scam.

Scam!!!! Give no info to them

Called and left message that they are making an attempt to deliver papers as someone has a judgement against me and if I did not respond they would attempt to deliver at my place of work.

Rosen and Assoc Attorney - Trying to collect debt for my ex-husband - been divorced for 11 years - what the heck?!  They removed my number from their database.

jim jones called said he needed to deliver a notice of intent to my home or place of business if needed. as I must be present. Called the number back and recording said it was gloom and associates.

Keeps calling my work phone regarding papers to be served, but doesn't give a name or any information. I called the number back and got through to Bloom & Associates Law firm, but was hung up on 3 times, the last time WHILE speaking with the receptionist (assuming). They would not help me figure out how to remove the number from their records nor could they tell me what the calls were about. Ridiculous.

Called and said they tried to deliver papers several times and due to my refusal they would be forced to seek a default judgement against me  They didn't mention any firm or name

Had previously received a bunch of calls from Chicago (312 number; sometimes blocked as well) who seemed to be legitimate and the debt was familiar to me but it was fishy. I dove a little deeper and searched the address, phone number, and address of the "collector" came up nothing. I called  Rosen & Associates who he said he had been receiving multiple calls from people all over; including out of state and also even police officers inquiring information. After I changed my bank info and stopped answering their calls I received a similar message but with this number instead. Stating the same information as to they tried to stop by an serve papers but my roommate was just home and no one has tried to stop by. Also called an said the same type of message but my dad is self-employed so he is always home and also said no one tried to stop by.  773-253-5388

Bloom and associates..they are accountants

Bloom and Associates..they are not lawyers..they are accoutants..dont know how they got a job of threatening people with stuff no associated with us..i am calling the better business bureau

It is not uncommon for these crooks to pretend to be real businesses in order to scam you out of money.
