this is a fraudulent company. the man on the phone doesnt like being called "boy" when i spoke to him. he cussed at me and hung up!! too funny

they claimed to be a litigation company, total frauds. if you arerude, they will be rude back, very funny. however they do have your name and number if they call you. possibly the info was leaked by verizon wireless or a student loan source.

A female called my home and told my daughter that she is a process server and to have me call the Plaintiff in the case, that she has papers to be served on a fraud case. I called them back and the girl answering the phone had no clue as to what was going on, could not answer my questions, said they are a litigiation firm, quoted me some law, then transferred me to a Mr Stone who when asked if a law firm or collection company, would not answer the questions, asked if they sent me a letter per the law says they dont have to , the said they were a litigation firm in Buffalo NY

Got a voice message from Agent Gage calling me by someone elses name, even though my voice mail clearly states my name. Telling me that I (other name) have two hours to call him back or he will come an arrest me at my job or home. Then he said, "You have been served". I personally think he needs to lay off of the coffee and stop watching so much tv.
