A family member recieved a call with from this number looking for me, i called the number and they do not identify themselves im betting its just another Fake Collection!

The person came on the phone and stated charges had been filed against the individual. This is just a debt collection agency using deceitful tactics and do not even identify themselves.

returned their call this morning, let them know that for my security I was recording the call.  They wanted nothing to do with me after I told them that.  However, they have called back again this morning, but I let it go to my voicemail.  I will be filing a complaint as they are harrassing.  I have no issue paying a bill and making arrangements if it is truly something I owe, but they will not talk to me as long as I am recording the call.  Hmmm

"Alex Carr" is calling my OFFICE number telling me that charges have been filed against me and wanting my address to have "documents' delivered to me. When I ask what charges and by who she said she doesn't know. Keeps calling back and wants to talk to my HR department (which we don't have).

is this really a scam or not anyone knows

It is a scam. They called and ask for your address and won't tell you anything else. The fact is that all collection agencies have you address because it is on file with the original creditor. Also saying charges are filed against you is being decietful. I will contact the FTC and put ina compaint and forward them the voicemail that is in my email from them.

I got a call today from a Alex Carr? He was talking so fast could not catch the last name. Left a voice mail and said that I have charges against me. For one i have no charges against me with courts. He lied about that. Did not say whom he was working for. I am filing charges with the ftc this week. So tired of the crap from these people.

Keeps telling me they are going to bring something to my work as they have charges that have been filed against me....

these people have called several on my relative claiming I owed a debt I called the number back and they are saying that they didn't call me  I just want them to stop. How does they get unlisted numbers.

There is also another number I get calls from,602-453-0204 ,a withheld number show on my caller id a message is left about me recieveing documents and the number to call back is 877-397-6755. All phone numbers are related with NATIONWIDE.How do you file a complaint for threats and herassment????

Received a call today leaving the # 877-397-6755 womans name was Barbara telling me charges were filed against me. That I had until the end of the day to return her call if not good luck to me. Called # recording said Nationwide. Somebody needs to stop them from their harassing phone calls

I received a phone call from a local number leaving me a message to call 877-397-6755.  They stated that they needed my home address and work address to serve me cause charges had been filed against me.  They called my mother and brother both saying the same thing.  That I had been notified in the message.  Will if you should already have my address if it is a collection agency from the original creditor. I am reporting these people to the FTC and whoever else I can report them too.
