Been getting calls for the last few weeks.. up to 5 calls a day. I finally answered the phone and the guy said he was with FIA card services and was calling regarding my US Airways card (BofA), he ask to verify my information, date of birth, etc... I said you guys have that stuff when I filled out my application years ago. I told them to send me a letter and stop calling. We'll see what happens tomorrow.

Sometimes they identify themselves as SIA Card Services, sometmes FIA Card Services.
Their address is  P.O. Box 20221 or Box 22021, Greensboro, NC  27420-2021.  If you continue to receive such phone calls, tell them you will take legal action against them and that you are reporting them to your State's Attorney's office.  Then do report them. Complaints to your local phone company are not sufficient.  They appear to be affiliated in some manner with Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and other banks.  They continuously ask about a person I have never hear of.  They have even admitted that they had information that there were not to call my phone.

Report them to your State's Attorney's Office.

They called me twice since yesterday and they represented themselves as some FIA services that they do with Bank of America.. they never ready to listen to what I say, but they just want to verify address, and give further details about the bank... Initially I just hung up on them, later I told them that I can deal with them directly, and I don't have to answer to you guys.. and hung up.. It is a SCAM.. why would BoA hire some unknown services to discuss "business" with their customers !! saved that number in my cell phone as "DO NOT ANSWER"

Same as vince, called for my husband but when I asked what was it about, she said it's card svc business so I said well then she should have called his cell and they should have the number.  She then asked if I was his wife and would like to verify his address and birth date.  Ha ha... they must think people are really stupid.  I don't care if this is from BOA, I will never give infor unless I called BOA myself.  

Then I called # on my credit card and at the time their server is down so they said it would not be BOA.  So I just think that this number is total SCAM.

I, too receive calls now.  When I ask them to identify themselves, one girl told me Kristy with FIA....I'm not sure if she meant to b/c after that she refused to tell me anything until I gave her my full name so she could "pull my file".  I have no bad debt, so I'm not sure what it could be.....?

**LEGIT**  They are collecting for past due credit card payments.

Received numerous calls from this number.  Finally answered and she said she was with Bank of
America calling about my Daimler Chrysler and needed me to verify date of birth.  Advised did not
give out info on phone.  She said how about address and telephone number.  Told her she called me so they would have it.  Asked if it was about a bill and she said unless I verified info she could not
tell me.  I said well, you need to know that I have retained a bankruptcy lawyer and gave her the
name and number.  She said okay and hung up.  Haven't had a Chrysler product in years and it was traded in.

866 367 8750 says Unavailable on my caller ID but when I answer the phone, the caller says they are Card Services.  They decline to say what company or card they represent until I give them my personal information ie ss#, birthdate, mailing address, and full name.  I never give them any personal information and tell them that I won't because caller ID showed up as Unavailable and I have no way of knowing if they are in fact Card Services.  The people who call are usually in Manilla and have strong accents.  They are very pushy and keep repeating that I need to give them the personal information.  I end up hanging up on them.  I need to just quit answering calls if the caller ID doesn't identify the caller.  I personally think it should be against the law for debt collectors to call and not be identified on caller IDs.  Card Services is normally Bank Of America calling about their credit cards.

UPDATE:  This number continues to call me several times a day... caller ID states UNAVAILABLE which I don't normally answer... because they call so many times every day, I answered again this morning... there was a recording repeated to 'hold and someone will be with you in a moment',,, after the recording for about three minutes, a young Phillipino girl finally answered... she asked for me by name... she asked me to verify my birthdate and home address... I gave her partial information and she babbled about needing further information in order to 'update the account', (I have multiple accounts), and to 'make sure we are on the same page'... when I told her that I had spoken to a specifically named person last week, she said she saw no record of that... so many flags already have popped up, and the kicker is that there is a password with my accounts that Card Services asks me for to verify that I am really me instead of going thru all the personal information... this girl had no clue about a password... I called Bank of America call services to report this caller and they said they DO use FIA Card Services for credit card accounts and the person that I spoke with (out of the US) said she would pass the number along to her supervisor... I will no longer answer calls that are not identified on caller ID... and I am going to contact the 888 3821222 number suggested above...

I used a masked number to call back to 877 367 8750 and they answer afi card services so fast that you can't understand them.  When I asked, "who are you", "where are you", "why do you call me 2 or 3 times a day", and "what do you want"  they just don't. answer.

They are calling me even though the number in on the do not call list.

After ranting to two different people to stop calling me, it is my opinion that they are a scammer.  The only answer i got from them was their claim to be a financial institurion.  I can't find them anywhere as a financial instirution.

they won't stop calling me and don't leave a message.  also they call mostly in the evenings so I would assume definitely a scam. If it was a real credit card company they would leave a message.

this number has been calling me for about a month now. they call up to 3 times a day and it gets very annoying. i have told them several times to stop calling, but they still do so i usually just ignore the calls.

They keep calling over and over. Never leave message. No caller ID. I just tried to call them but apparently this is a dial out only line. Annoying!!!!

Getting tired of them calling. No message is left, they call everydayand them it was once a week. Now they are calling every day again. If it was that inportant as they claim it is send me a letter with all the information. I do not owe any one anything. I wish they would stop calling. I have told them to quit calling but to no avail.
