Have you found a remedy for these callers yet?  They are making my world miserable.

It's not worth picking up the phone when you get a call from this number. When I answer with the company greeting, the caller hangs up. We do no business with Capital One and just started getting calls from this number. It's interesting that we no sooner stop getting dead-air calls from other toll-free numbers after I file a complaint with the FCC than we begin receiving similar calls from a different number and, supposedly, a different company.

No matter what anyone else tells you, DO NOT give out any personal information to someone who calls you. Legitimate businesses NEVER call you to request such information over the telephone; just read their privacy policies. I hope the admininstrators of this website are able to track individuals who claim the calls are legitimate and encourage others to release personal information. Such individuals should be reported to the authorities because they are undoubtedly involved in an identity-theft scheme and need to be stopped.

These people kept calling my number & not saying anything and at the time I've had a stalker girlfriend and they have been doing this for months & today I called them back and they said they were looking for some lady now they have been calling me for months and when I tried to call back before got some kind of crazy sounding stuff... It's just so crazy they would call me up for months not saying anything on the other end even leaving messages a couple of times of just dead air... Just Psycho

They call me once a week on average for my EX husband's credit card he defaulted on after we divorced.  (We've been split almost 6 years now.)  He has since paid it off, but still they keep calling.

I do not know these people.

Robo calls 866-371-9092 Northland Group. As with every harassing phone, all I am reporting them to the FTC website ftccomplaintassistant.gov and the Do Not Call Registry website donotcall.gov/register/reg.aspx takes all of 5 minutes each time they call. Since I have been doing this, I have cut down the calls from 5-10 per day to maybe 1-2 calls per day. Maybe if we all did this they will be shut down!
