I received a call from 866.373.9012 from Luchey and Associates.  First I sent these people, or authorized them to debit $150.00 from my account on 6/12/13 with the remainig $350.00 on 6/21/13.  I was scared because they actually called my boss to inquire about how to serve me at work.  This was so embarassing, that I called them back immediately to see what the deal was.  I did take out loans, but I have no record of applying for a loan in that amount or from paydayloan.com. After I authorized the payment, I got curious and began investigating (what I should have done first).  To not much surprise, they appear to be a scam.  I was contacted by Eric Livingston and Jamie Jamison- both claiming to be paralegals.  They would not give me any information about where they were, an address or anything.  I did get Jamie flustered enough to let S. Carolina slip- but not much more.  She (Jamie) was the "supervisor" and said that I would just have to wait until I go to court to get all that information, totally illegal.  I called back several times, just because I was angry, and she said I would get harrassment charges filed against me.  I filed a complaint with the FTC and callled them.  They said, everyone who encounters these people need to file a complaint to build up a pattern of behavior to launch an investigation.  Meanwhile, these people are just allowed to prey on the public and rob them blind.  Something has go to be done.  People with financial troubles are already scared enough and these vultures know it.  They expect and want us to be afraid, so we will just pay and be done with it.  Well, I'm not letting this one go.  I'm going go all out to get my $150.00 back and do whatever I can to make sure that practices like this are taken more seriously.  Do not fall for this...please.
