Called number back and robot answered call. Did not identify who they were.  Wanted me to type in the number that they originally called to access some database.   It hung up on me, since I had used a different call to call them.

"Megan" from "Comcast" to go over my account with me. I didn't answer, but they listed another number to call back in the voicemail.

Claimed they were calling on behalf of Comcast and wanted to try to lower my bill.  Started asking me what devices I have in the house, like how many laptops, cell devices, tv's, etc..  I gave all fake answers saying I only have one old TV and an older laptop. The girl was very nice tho and I was able to keep her on the line for about 15 minutes joking with her. Then when she put me on hold, presumably to see what kind of better deal I could get, I pretended I couldn't hear her after she came back on then I hung up.  She did try calling back a few minutes later but I ignored it.

Missed the call, then tried calling back using different phone and got  auto reply. auto voice  doe not  identify the company name and ask to key in the original phone number that they called.

Here's a company that refuses to understand what NO THANK YOU you means. The calls started last Sept for a month. The first two weeks they called me three times a week and then it dropped to one to two times a week and then once a week. In the beginning, I answered the phone with the same answer NO THANK YOU I'M ALL SET!  It doesn't matter what you say they insist on finding a better package. Digital Economy use to be good and now it stinks. It's another way for people to pay more to watch anything decent.
