Vision financial service

They have two phone numbers that I have gotten phone calls from. 866-671-4615 and 866-376-0521. They did not leave messages. But they have called me on two different ocassions. I have tried *69 but they do not answer the phone by a company name, they say something to the tune of "Personal Accounts".

Was a recording, did not mention name of the company, or the name of the person calling, they did mention it was in reference to a past due debt and gave me a number to call back.
The debt they speak of I believe was one from a credit card that I contested about 12 years ago, since then it has gone through x number of collection agencies. They stop for a little while then they start up again, this has been going of for years now.

They also call from 877-335-9692.  I put them on my blocked list.  I have no outstanding debts, I'm sure they were calling for who ever had the phone number before me.  Thing is, I've had this number for nearly 3 years.

I get a call from this number a couple times a day...usually during the day when I'm not home. They never leave a message.

This company has three numbers. they leave no message, and had the nerve to use call id and called me back. some nerve.

Yes, Vision Financial services, calling about a decades-old "debt" to Verizon, which the first debt collector agreed was [***].  These people!

This company called me at 7:30 this morning. Left no message; I am reporting this to the FTB. Ridiculous. I don't know who it was or why they were calling but they called before 8 am which is illegal.
