Purports to be lottery winner collection number.  Letter recipient told to call this number to get instructions on collecting $250,000 prize.  Similar to some scams.  The name on the accompaning letter "Servetrust Services Inc" is not in the phone book.

Well, I received the same letter and began to search for articles to veify its authenticy, Called and got an odd ring with no answer.  

I e-mailed a State lottery of NJ website reporting the letter for feedback.

Received the same letter also from ServeTrust Services Inc. Letter is accompanied by an authentic-looking check for $4850.00 that lists Burger King Corporation as the Payer. (BTW I have never played the lottery.) The envelope was stamped AIR MAIL.

I didn't try calling the 866-376-1614 number to claim the rest of my prize.

I also received a check last month for $4850, called a Mr Christian williams who answered the strange ringtone and told me to just cash the check.  I just got back from a vacation and stated to follow up.  I never cashed the check.  Did you find out anything about this?

I got a check for $4850 last month, but I have not had time to research this deal til now.  Have you found out anything new? I never cashed the check.  The letter said that I won $250,000 in a lottery.

I got the same letter via air mail in my personal mail box at my home does anyone know what this is? the letter is first source services INC

check for $4850 called the # it seemed to be forwarded to some strange system seemed liked fraud to me. the guy sounded nugerian I assumed it was a nigeran scam he told me to cash the check i have yet to i think im going to deliver this one to the FBI or something there might be a new scam via personal mail than email scams. im getting sick of the harrassment. i will not cash the check it seems fraud to me i think God told me about this along time ago. and i shouldnt do it. use commen sense people. im not about to go into debt here or in trouble. please stop writing me or calling me.

I received the exact same thing. Have you had a chance to look into it more?
