    Unwanted solicitation from Rogers, even though I have already asked to be removed from any contact lists they have at least four times now. I plan to leave all business with Rogers for this reason.

    It is Roger's.  It is about the cable improvements and to notify you to pick up your free digital box.    It is not so much solicitation as information (since there is no cost).   That being said, good luck getting a box from a local Roger's store if you live in the GTA, we have tried multiple stores for over a week.  We gave up and just ordered it online rogers.com/digitaladapter
