Acai Berry has an auto reship they don't tell you about when you order free trail sample online. They take your credit card number to pay for shipping sample to you. They immediately send out the reship with out your knowledge and charge you 70.51 for it. Had to cancel credit card. DO NOT ORDER ANY DEIT PILLS THAT ARE ACIA BERRY. THEY ARE NOT EVEN APPROVED BY THE FOOD AND DRUG COMMISSION.

Even after you cancel your free trial that will be ariving right after they bill you 69.95 and send you that reship they will disreguard your call to cancel your order for the free trial and keep sending you the same shippment billing you 69.95 each month. Then they will deny having spoken with you and refuse to refund your money. I've gotten three bottels now and the free sample didn't show up untill three days after the first bottle they billed me for.

That is untrue!  I just called again today to cancel for 3rd time.  I emailed on trail sample order that I did not want continued supply.  I did not get 1st order, but got billed for it!  2nd order I had cancelled cancalled but still got charged and I SENT IT BACK REFUSED!!!  NOW WE WILL TRY FOR 3RD TIME.  I'm sorry you feel we are not being honest, but this is a scam and I'm turning this over to the IA Attorney General for further review.

Exactly the same happened to me, thank God for Capital One, that are going to help me in this scammed. I was on a trip and my husband told me that the bottles came within two days apart. I thought that they made a mistake, then I realize they charge my account for $69.95 and called them immediately. I ordered it on 2-January-09, the trial bottle did not got here within the time expected. I left for my trip on January-11, came back on January-22 and Called them to cancel and they deny anything that has happened, or to reimburse the $69.95. Hopefully Capital One will not accept any more transaction with this crooked and wicked company. Please call your credit card company to deny anymore charges from this company.

I went to the website with one of the agent Scott. I was shocked, yes they mentioned every thing over there... but I have a serious financially problem. I am saying this because our Terms & Conditions on the website are very clear people are suppose to read them if they don't it is not our fault, if we were a scam wouldn't your banks or the Attorney General office would have taken action against us by now after all your complains, we have unsatisfied customers just like any other company e.g. Sears, Nike, Wal Mart etc. an even there are complains against Better Business Bureau if you want to check go to www.complainboard.com and search for Better business Business Bureau complains and understand there are people who make mistake themselves and never take responsibility of their action, if u didn't read the Terms & Conditions well grow up and take responsibility of your mistake don't be a baby and start calling you mommies.

This product is much too expensive. When I decided to cancel, I had a great deal of difficulty finding the correct phone number to call. The original phone number listed on the printout that I got when ordering the trial size (1-800-278-3620) was not a working number. After going through the web site several times, I opened the "Terms & Conditions" window and found the working phone number (1-866-376-1465). I got through to a customer service person and explained that I wanted to cancel future shipments. At that time, the c/s rep offered to reduce the price to $29.95 + shipping charges. What a ripoff. I see that Oprah Winfrey's picture is on the web site. I wonder if she is aware that Chestnut Overseas, Ltd. is using her as an inferred spokesperson?

I tried the Acai Product that was being offered for a one month free but you had to pay $5.95 for shipping. I decided I didn't like the product and called the company to cancel any further shipments. Before I knew another shipment came on 12/7/08 which I did not authorize. I tried to obtain info via their website (mytrialsupport.com) since it was virtuality impossile to get someone on the phone for over two weeks. I submitted a complaint and tried to inquire how to send back the shipment and to get reimbursed. Their website support offered general information when they responded back to me and did not give me the info I needed. I finally got a hold of someone on December 30th, 2008 and when i did the gentleman who was foreign and had trouble understanding English told me to reship the package back to the SNL Nutrition located in Boca Raton Florida and gave me a return shipment number. So i reshipped the package back along with a memo and the Ref # the gentleman provided me explaining to reimbursement back the monies that was owed to me. On January 8th, 2009, don't I get my credit card statement comes with two different charges totally $183.19 when I only received a one month supply, not two. I decided to call the credit card company to instruct them not to pay any monies to SFL Nutrituin or Acai Berry Formula or WACAIBerry (this is how it was reflecting on my statements on two seperate lines). The Credit Card company was very understanding and we decided to cancel out the card altogether so they can not charge me again. However, when I was on the phone with my credit card carrier, I got an email from ebizprograms.com (where it says you can not reply to this email) stating that my order was received and it was shipped.

This company is fraudulent and nothing but a big scam. I now will need to fill out a fraud report, supply the credit card company with copies of all the information along with the fraudulent charges and have these charges investigated. However, I was reassured by the credit card company that they will not release any payments to this company without my authorization. Which gave me some solace.

Next I plan on taking this further to the better business bureau and our local television stations to investigate. I know I was the one to inquire and decided to test the product but I did what I needed to do to prevent any further shipments. Its my right not to want to subscribe to a product and if they were a referable company they would abide by my wishes, the customer and not continue to scam me and play these games that they will reimbursement once my shipment has been received and tell me that my account is being canceled and I would not receive anymore shipments.

This Cheshunt Overseas Ltd. is an underhanded company trying everything they can do to sucker you into buying their product in an unethical manner.

I received a package in the mail from them containing natural Acai berry supplement dietary pills about 2 weeks ago. The bottle was 20 capsules. There was no paperwork whatsover except the bottle. No charges were made to my credit card. I had no idea why it was sent to me. It showed on the package it came from Cheshunt Overseas Ltd., 1285 Baring Blvd., #297, Sparks, NV 89434. As Anna says in her review, it is a post office box at the UPS store. I will be following up with this UPS store to let them know of these complaints.

I monitor my checking account and Visa debit card account daily to be sure nothing funny is going on. On January 20, 2009, all of a sudden I see a charge for $69.95 for Natural Acai Berry with an illegible 800 number tacked on the end of the name. Then I also see an international tranaction charge on my accout for $1.40. Earlier this week, I receive another package from them with a bottle of their product with 60 capsules, again with no paperwork whatsoever. It shows to be have sent from the above address as well.

I don't know how in the world they were able to get my information. I did not authorize these crooks to use it or send me anything. They must have been passed on the information from another store as we use the Internet a lot to buy things. Needless to say, I went to the bank and put a fraud dispute in on my credit card and returned the product by Fedex. If they don't except it and try to send it back, at least I can prove to the bank I tried to return it since it was an unauthorized shipment. They won't be able to thieve any more money from my debit card because the card is now cancelled and will be reissued by the bank.

In the meanwhile, I have checked with the BBB and they have a BBB rating of 'F' which is as low as you can go. On the bottle was the name of thier website, which is (www.natural-acai-berry.com). I ran their website on Whois.com and found out the following:

This is interesting considering I had never been to their website or ordered their product. According to their terms, they are sending you a 10 day supply of their product to try for $4.95 and enroll you in their monthly shipping program. Within 14 days if you don't cancel, they will charge you $69.95, and look at the caveats that all sales are final and they will not accept any returns. The problem with their rip off program is they hit you for $69.95 before you even get a chance to receive the so called 10 day 'trial' product and get a chance to try it out before they start hitting you for the $69.95 per month. All they do is drag their feet for a few days after you order before they ship it, and then their is shipping time by the post office, so 10 days has gone by before you even receive it depending on where your located.

I'm sure more complaints will show up about these practices since they started this Natural Acai Berry product only in August 2008 and they are just starting to try and screw people out of their money. If you look at the other Natural Acai Berry products, they charge similar 'outrageous' prices of $59.95 to $89.95 per month for their product after short trial periods, but at least these companies will let you cancel or return the product if you don't like it.
