This is Bank of America.  They are calling you concerning a transaction that took place on your account and want to verify it.

SCAM SCAM do not give them any info. Called BofA its a known fraud number.

Not B of A, fishers, trying to get personal info. Also do not click on any e-mail from B of A telling you your online account has been blocked and to access it you need to click the link. Only call the B of A number on your debit card if you have doubts.

Called this number today when trying to set up a SafePass account security online for on Bank of America's website, online banking to be exact.  Apparently, they are not Bank of America, and after I verified the last 6 digits of my debit card, they used my card at a Gamestop location in Las Vegas, NV.  I am in Cleveland, OH and I have possession of my card.  How could this fraudulent number be linked on Bank of America's actual website.  Be very leary of who you call!

This number called my cell today and I didn't answer.  The "left" a message which was the sound of a fat man breathing while typing on the keyboard for 15 seconds.  :)

Got a call from this number said they are with BOA money has disappeared from my checking account.

Said they were B of A fraud department. Had me change my e-mail. Did i get scammed?

lol this is bank of america. it's their fraud department that will call you to confirm activity on your card before allowing it to go through. They just called me right after I sent some money to someone.

said they were Bof A fraud dept, and had to verify my personal info before they would "approve" my payment!!!!

This is Bank of America online fraud department (I believe it is outsourced to eComm.  Not certain why these other sources are saying it is a fake scam call center.

I first received a very real looking letter in the US mail from supposedly Bank of America. I'm pretty savvy, but at first thought it to be real. 5 days later I received a voice mail saying to call this number, also seeming very real. IGNORE ALL.  Be careful

It's definitely Bank of America's fraud department.  Maybe people who are receiving calls from this number are victims of number spoofing, but the actual number is for the fraud detection company that Bank of America uses.

Received a call from this number a little while after receiving multiple texts in rapid succession about "suspicious charges" being declined. I called BofA directly, who confirmed there were no fraudulent or "suspicious" charges on any of my accounts with them. This is NOT Bank of America.

Zelle scam and they got me $6400. Hoping my Bank is gonna give me the money back

This is BANK OF AMERICA Fraud dept.
I tried to transfer $ from zelle and it was under review because of a larger amount and I got an email with the number on it and the email came from Bank of America domain.
Scammers are not that great guys cmon.
