Caller sais they are with RMS - Regarding a debt owned to "The General" car insurance

Recorded message said it was MCO Financial Co calling about a debt. Did not ask for any name nor any other "debt" details. Said to call this number. Bogus.

These guys are harassing a bogus, claim to be with a debt collector and keep calling. Don't know who they're with and why they call. I'm planning to report them to the Attorney General's office.

Caller sounded Indian and said it was from RMS

was an indian calling.. had to listen to message multiple times to hear company name, phone number and reference number. Still was unsure of company name till I looked it up, it was from Office of RMS. Thank you for the helpful information!!

Received a call at my business. Call originated from 866-376-4967.   Indian caller very difficult to understand.  After researching this a bit it would appear that these guys do collection/recovery for several industries.   One in particular is the Insurance industry for premiums that are past due and may have gone into collections.  Would be nice if they got caller who you could understand in a voice mail message but such is Life.
