It is believed that they gave me a check saying i have won thousands of dollars through the lottery or a drawing. Not sure if it is true.

Got a letter from J.R. Simplot (AVIVA PLC Inv.) company with a check in it. They also gave the above phone number to call and gave a name. (866) 376-5577 It is supposed to be a British prize company. They wanted me to send them money back to an address in the UK. The phone number sounded real funny when I called it. The asked for me to not let anyone know about it for security purposes. I asked them if this was a business but I heard kids playing and talking in the background. Sounds like a big scam!

Definitely a scam as "JR Simplot" is a man born & raised here in Idaho, who recently died at an old age and made his fortune in raising potatoes, figuring out how to freeze and distribute them through McDonalds etc. Most everything he did was involved in agriculture of some kind.
