They called my 91 year old mother and asked for identifying information. Appears to be a scam.

My 95 year old mother received a letter in the mail  which said it was from Publishers Clearing House stating she won $1.4 million dollars and she should call Mr. John Stewart at this number.  I called and got a man's voice stating I had reached Mr. Stewart's office (did not identify him with Publishers  Clearinghouse) but that he was not in...was not even able to accept a voicemail which is just as well because I would not have left one.  I agree with Laurie, above, appears to be a scam..very sad.
