Receiving these calls on my moms # w my name

Got a phone call claiming a debt that was paid off over 14yrs ago. Not on credit report and talking about a lawyer.

Ya I got a similar call as Scott they said they had a summons. They sounded like the real thing they were trying to collect on an old 30 yr dedt. I'm glad I looked up this number.

Don't fall for it, I've received this called twice...one for me and then the other for my husband these people have a lot of ways to getting old information and even the last numbers or your social but its all collected thru different means. They are fake and they will not serve or collect nothing unless you give them information. This needs to be reported ASAP.

Trying to collect on a credit card I never had.

I was advised to call this number because they have tried to serve me to an address I haven't lived in over 6 years and their is a law suit against me. This needs to be looked into

Received a call telling me I had a civil litigation in a county in Virginia. Papers were sent but no one to receive them. Call the courts in the county stated and neighboring counties. No such litigation exists.

Just got the same exact call stating that. I was being sued in civil court in Palm Beach County, FL. No suit exists and that was verified. And I could tell by their responses that there was a serious lack of knowledge and education of how it works...

I for this call today that I owe something that I didn't know about it.

I got the first call on Friday & obviously I got scared...and received an electronically agreement ..at that point I figured it was fake!!!!

Called my parents home stating they are trying to serve me and I need to call them asap in regards to a civil matter.

Got a call at my grandmothers home and it scared her because they threatened a judgment against me. Even gave a Case#

A family member received a call looking for me.  Caller stated that they were trying to serve court papers and it was urgent for me to return their call.  First of all, if it is a debt, it is illegal to tell a third party (family member), that they are trying to serve court papers when they are not.  Since they did not want to give the company info and only offered a file #, it's obvious they do not want to disclose this because they are making illegal, harassing calls.  What I did, and what everyone should do, is call back.  Request the company name and address before you discuss anything.  If you can, record the call and let them know you are as soon as someone answers.  If they hang up, call again.  If they don't answer, like in my case, leave a message requesting the company name and address to be emailed to you.  Also, let them know you are taking note of the date and time you left the message for future reference.  This also helps to file a complaint against them (proof you called if they get investigated).  We need to start bombarding their phone numbers with requests!!!  PLEASE post this same technique to other posts if you get calls from any other numbers not offering their information!!!!!

Yeah, got this call number today. saying I own some debt. Oh Yeah! I asking them to send me any document ( I give them Police Station Address) or give me their office address, I will come and try to solve it matter. kakaka... He just ask me call 866 376 9857. be careful!

Got the same call as everyone else. They contacted an old friend to get a hold of me. They said it was a cc debt from 10 years ago. I did have the card they were speaking of but it has long since been closed in good standing and this is not on my credit report. In addition, the balance they told me I owed was 6 times as much as my credit limit was with the company. The interesting thing is, the person they contacted does not have the same number now as they did at the time that I would have given it as a reference or secondary contact #. These folks are doing some serious research to put together a realistic sounding scenario. Proceed with immense caution when dealing with these folks...and remember....debts are not collectable after 7 years. They cannot put it on your credit report, they cannot take you to court.

This company called my family saying they filed and are with Broward county court house, and gave a docket number (To sound all legal) they are breaking the law trying to act like they are a representative of Broward county Clerk or court house. THIS IS ILLEGAL and I AM REPORTING THE AGENCY (Trust Mark Litigation) to file a Call Action law suit. These people have called family members across the nation.

I received a call yesterday from a Jordyn stating that they were unable to serve me papers for the county that I live in and I needed to call  this number.  When I called the number I was told I owe money on a credit card that I never had and when I asked for proof of the debt Sarah advised that it was part of the litigation and she could not provide the "signed' document.  Obviously this is a scam.  She also said that if I didn't agree to settle the debt I would be summoned to court by mid Feb.  okay Sara, I will wait for that court doc and make sure you and your fraudulent company are held accountable for your illegal acts.
