If you call the 929 number back, it just answers “a rep will be with you shortly.” The 866 number answers “tax relief dept”
Are used to be a tax preparer and what are the things that I know is the IRS never contact you by phone if they want to get your attention this and use five separate duplicates in separate cover to you to get your attention so this is a bunch of bunk do not respond to them

Heather is a spammer and liar, saying some nonsense about back taxes and to call 866-381-3013.

I got the same voicemail as reported by Sheila P (above). I didn't call the number but I did NOT call the number back. The CID on the call that left the voicemail is 307-414-8883 (I Googled the number and it appears they're also using it for the Vehicle Warranty scam).

Same as others.  The [***] keep calling using a new spoofed or virtual phone number.  "Hey, this is Heather with relief services. Call me back at 8663813013. And um, it looks like you still owe some back taxes. I'm calling because you're eligible to apply to have them eliminated with the total tax forgiveness program.".    I'm tired of reporting these to the FTC, because they don't ever do anything.  We should shutdown that entire FTC "do not call" program and save the taxpayers a lot of money.  I find them to be useless.

Same VM as the rest. Know I don’t owe back taxes because I file every year and get refunds.

If you Google the scammers phone number, you get their "script" and a host of scammers names and phished phone numbers. I have been called daily and even texted! Same spiel "Call back and dial 6 to be taken off the list". Once someone calling herself Kimberly Clark (can you believe a company name!) from Texas with a New York area code called! Duh!

Caller said I owed back taxes and to call to get the amount eliminated. The number that came up on my phone is 414-363-1435 but requested a call back at 866 number. Obviously, a recorded message.

Got the same message but the caller called from +93 49437565 but asking to call back to 866-381-3013. Definitely a con

I have received from 2 seperate #'s the exact same voicemails 1st one was from a crystal Lopez at 951-499-2903 with a call back # of 380-245-5975 the next caller was from # 9042908456 and call back 866-381-3013 i dont owe any back taxes so i dont think this is real thanks yal

Tax debt relief PHISHING scam. Called 866-381-3013 and spoke to Rajiv and gave him fake name and fake tax debt info. He said we need your social security # to pull your credit report to see if you have IRS problems. Told him my credit reports have a freeze on them. He said take freeze off and we can help you..  Asked him what's name of your company and where you located - he said we are Tax Relief in Southern CA. He hung up call. Other #s they use 877-218-9287 and 435-295-9382. They said they were American Tax Resolution in Irvine CA when I called them at 877-218-9287 last week. This company is out of business.

Heather calls me everyday.  I have tried blocking the number and reporting it as junk.
