found an ad on craigslist. seems they are property listers. was wondering if they were scammers.

YES!  Scammers! DO NOT CALL!

Called today about Craigslist ad and found they wanted $50 to apply for a property that they would not even give the address for until after the money was paid.  Definitely feels shady.

I called today about an ad on craigslist... the info the guy gave me seemed legitimate, until he started pressuring me into giving him a credit card number! I told him twice that I was at work and did not have my wallet with me, the third time he asked for a credit card number, I tiold him I would call him back and hung up. It seems to me that you wouldn't pressure someone into giving out their personal information without at least telling them the name of the company first! I had to ask twice, and he was talking so fast, i'm not even sure what he said!
