    voice recording stated they were calling from Duke Energy and if bill wasn't paid they had instructed their technician to turn off the power.  When calling back the number they had same recording that Duke Energy has when you call them. I Called Duke Energy  and reported.  DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER BACK!
