The company is calling TD credit card users offering indentity theft protection. Thier website is www.alertservice.ca . I emailed them and asked them to take me off thier calling list.

Just received a call from this number, did not answer.

I did what H suggested in their post from April 10, 2015 and emailed them to remove my number from their calling list.

Every day call my home Number !

Yes. It's a company that identifies themselves selling credit protection for TD Visa cardholders. Hang up. They also use phone number: 855-593-4198

they started calling. I've read a very good tip in one of these phone-scammer-forums: as far as the number is not on your 'blocked caller' list and you pick up, press the #-key at least 10-20 times, very quickly. It apparently scrambles their system if it is a robo-call and might take your number off their list. Or pick up and play them " http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8-yU5Ekv14U " if there is a 'real' person on the line. LOL

866-382-0331 keeps calling. Almost every other day. They are blocked and get disconnected right away, but I still can see that they called. They cant be very smart. Neither the management nor the bottom-dwellers

I blocked the number 866-382-0331, but I still can see that they called EVERY SINGLE DAY, now today they started calling twice, and it is early afternoon.... So I called them back and a recording came on: this is "DutyRock" (or  Beauty Rock?), we are calling you in behalf of TD Bank, to offering you new products and services.... I put in my phone number and had right away a real person on the line: Brian Frederick from BRI or DRI. I asked him to take me off their caller list, because I blocked the number and there is anyhow no way to get back to me... He kept talking and talkin, about free trial credit report and respecting my privacy yadayada. Again I repeated: take me off your list, I am not interested, I have access to my credit report and "DoN't call here anymore. He: yes, we resprect your privacy, but may I just give you some info on..... and I have to tell you that our calls are recorded yadayada... Me: That is very good! TAKE ME OFF YOUR LIST AND DON'T CALL HERE ANYMORE.    But he kept talking and talking. I just repeated a last time my 'don't call here anymore' and hung up. Then I went to the TD Bank website and typed in the 866-382-03331. Guess what I found:

They have called me 12 times in the passed 16 days. I don't answer because I googled 1-866 before and it said it was a telemarketer. I'm getting really sick of it. Has anyone been successful at stopping these calls? If so, I would love if you shared how.

aaaahhhhhhh! Day 2 without a call from 866-382-0331.... will see if it stays that way. I also sent an email to TD Bank with specific information. After my posting here I kept googling and found out that the company is Beautyrock/BDI in Cornwall/Ontario (Beautyrock Inc - 126 Second St W, Cornwall, ON). It is unacceptable how these companies conduct their businesses.
