Asked for the owner and when told they weren't available they hung up. Very rude. Number has been noted and will be blocked and/or ignored.

Woman asked for company owner / manager to update White Pages directory information.  She hung up when I said that requests for such data must be in writing and mailed via the USPS.

Called and asked to confirm the address and phone number of our business. Once I did this, they said they would be sending us the invoice via mail. He said his compliance team would reach out to me to make sure I approve the changes. After I hung up I googled this scam and it's a scam in which they claim you agreed to pay them to list your business in the white pages. When you don't pay they threaten legal action and lawsuits. Once you answer they call relentlessly until blocked. When I finally answered the man on the phone asked why we had not paid them, I said we weren't interested and he slammed the phone down. Ignore and block so you don't get stuck with their crap.
