Attorneys prefer using this team because they are brutally effective and make lives hell for people who don't co-operate. These guys use unorthodox methods to make their employers look good including getting people arrested and jailed without due process, having them lose jobs, homes, cars,ruining their lives and reputation and even utilizing Child protective services to take away their kids even when there was no legitimate reason.

I never knew you could go to jail for a bad check after dealing with these guys i figured out it would of been easier to just pay it i ended up paying bad check charges, court fees, attorney fees. It ended up costing me three times what the check was written for.

Edward .J Grossman is just one law office used by this group of "HEAD HUNTERS" I still cant believe they took me to court over a $483.00 check. my attorney told me they probably would not spend the money to do it. He never told me if they did, I would be responsible for all legal cost and in my state the attorney general allows the person filing to collect three times the amount of the bad check which my attorney never told me.

But the state attorney generals office in California where this happened to me last year allowed these guys to suspend my drivers license, i then had to pay all legal fees while the courts awarded these scum bags three times the amount of my bad check plus my attorney charged me a fee. I wish i would of just paid these guys A HARD HEAD MAKES FOR A SOFT BUTT anyone reading this site i urge you call your state attorney generals office and ask the man himself what is the maximum penalties in your state are for a HOT CHECK, you will be shocked as to what all can be done to you by the company that holds your hot check.
