This guy advertised Visio stencils for Canopy equipment, and when I emailed him to see if he could send them my way, he said they'd be $500.  His name is Steve Spencer and his email is steve@altimatech.com.  I couldn't understand a damn thing he said over the phone, and why was he calling me to begin with?

Turns out this #, if Googled, comes back to a bunch of frauds.  Steer clear of this guy.

I also Googled this number and got a lot of random hits for the number.  No message has ever been left.

The number came up as unavailable. They knew my name and my .com, and said they had made some changes that would affect my domain. They wanted my fax number. I am not in the habit of giving out anything over the phone, unless I can call them back after doing research. Had funny feeling and asked them who they were. Well, I said, my domain has nothing to do with you and to contact my service provider. If it’s important, THEY can contact me and let me know. They wanted to know the support number for my provider. Well, I said, if you really had anything to do with anything that could affect my domain, you’d know that. What info are you talking about? That when they ended the phone call.

Received a call at 9:34 a.m. today.  I have received numerous other calls from these people, but this is the first time I can remember seeing a number, usually it's unknown on my cell. Each time they've called they've asked for Robert. There is no Robert at my phone or in my house. It ticks me off that they have the wrong number to begin with, but even after telling them this, they continue to explain what they want, although I can't understand a word of what he is saying. They've never used a name even after I've asked for their name. I asked him today where he was calling from and he said something I couldn't understand and then New York City. I asked him to take me off their list and they still keep talking.  I guess I find it strange that they keep calling for Robert, I've asked them to take me off their list, they know they have the wrong number but they keep calling. They have never mentioned what it is they want...no mention of domain information, wanting a fax number, nothing. I mostly sit and explain to them to not call because there is no Robert...I bet in the last 6 months I've gotten 20+ phone calls from them. But now, after reading the numerous websites I've found about this number, I can't wait for them to call back so I can mess with them! It's bound to happen!

They are phishing for Information.They are from India.They try to
verify information to Find Out IF the Information They have is Correct
or Not.They tricked one person into giving out her Bank information.
Then they took 180.00 dollars out of her bank account.
They try to get bank information so they can send you a "medical card".
They really just want your money.They try to get fax numbers or any other information they can Sell to others.

Same SCAM, just different numbers.

I have had 6 calls from this number today!  The 4th time I did answer and it was a computer voice telling me to hold someone was trying to contact me..I hung up.  The 5th time I stayed on hold so I can tell them to stop calling and delete from number from the system.  I couldn't understand anything this guy was saying except some kind of insurance for all american citizens.  He talked some more and I keep asking who he was..finally I hung up the phone. Not even 2 seconds later I get a call that is unknown name and number.  I said hello and the first thing I heard what why did you hang up on me, in a rude voice.  I told him I could not understand what he was saying and I didn't have the time for that.  He was very rude when I would ask what he wanted and where he was from.  I told him to delete my number and he asked me why.  I said delete my number then he hung up on me.
Every call had the same number except when he called and asked why I hung up and that one was unknown.
