I called them back and it was like pulling an arm and a leg. here is their info:

I submitted a complaint form with the FTC https://rn.ftc.gov/pls/dod/wsolcq$.startup?Z_ORG_CODE=PU01

I called them over 10 times to request that they mail any information regarding the situation. In addition to ask them to stop calling me. These are your rights when you request this they have 30 days to send the info to you in the mail. If they refuse to send this information through the mail within 30 days the company can no longer request that debt from you. (found this out with another auto dialer to my cell phone)
