Leaves message with NO company name and says you owe a bill, but doesnt say WHO you owe it too or exactly who THEY are, can you say... identity theft scam? Many scams like this out there to get YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER AND OTHER PRIVATE INFORMATION so beware of these Teleracketters!

I recently purchased some promotional items from National Pen (paid in full at time of purchase).  I had a phone message stating to be from National Pen with information about my "account"; requesting I call them between 6 am and 4:30pm at this number 866 388-9850.  I researched that number and all numbers associated with National Pen = NO SURPRISE, NO MATCHES.  The 866 number appears to be a scam.

I work at a pharmacy in Mississauga Ont and had received a call from National Pen (866-388-9850) saying they were calling about an o/s invoice.  We never ordered any pens from this company nor have I ever spoken to anyone at this number.  This look to be a scam.

Keep getting voicemails regarding my “account” with national pens, offering the website pens.com for express payments. I have never heard of the company before. Seems like a scam.

Same as the above!  Calls business line and tells us to go to pens.com/payments to make our payment for our account.  THAT WE DON'T HAVE.  Scam.

It's definitely a scam. Same scenario as Betsy. I don't owe them anything!!!

My husband and I have both ordered supplies from National Pen and haven't had any of the issues listed above. Just got a call about a problem with my order (had to change a color because of an out of stock issue)

Received call from this #...saying it was National Pen Co. Tried to call. Wouldn't go through and didn't match the # on the website so I googled the # and found this link. Weird thing is  I just received the bill today for the order I placed weeks ago.
