A charge of $48.92 showed up in my bank account that said NETACCESS & was followed by this number. I don't have the slightest idea what the charge is for. I've tried calling the number & I keep getting a busy signal. That doesn't make sense if it's a regular business... I don't remember it as a call- it just showed up as a charge on my bank account. It may have some connection to an connection I made with another company called EASYKIT 866-48188192. The reason I say that is I got both charges at the same time & their ID's look very much alike. EASYKIT seemed to have some connection with Google, which is the company I thought I was connecting with. Thanks for whatever help you can provide- Michael Bono codyriot@sbcglobal.net

I just got connected with the I profit kit company that took out $49.31 out of my account I didnt know anything about it and they said that they can not refund the money it is in there terms and conditions. So I didnt receive there products nor there services and they still can charge me $50 bucks for no reason.. The number I finally got that works was 1866-407-4020..

I received a charge od 48.92 on my bank account just like the above. I think mine was attached to the program google profits. They refuse to return my money and the other number that I found is always busy. Why don't somebody in the State attorney general office do someting with these people . Things are bad and all we are trying to do is to make some extra money to live on.I called GOOGLE and they stated they are not connected to this company but they are using GOOGLES name???? Why don't they sue them and stop them?????? I guess nobody gives a damm.

I was charged the same $48.92. I also visited the same website for what was supposed to be a charge of $1.97,for info to make money online as was advertised on the news channel.Somehow they were able to fraudulently charge this other amount of $48.92. My bank is investigating the charge,and I should know by next monday the 23rd,if they can remove this charge from my account.I tried for 2 hours to call the number 866 389-3872,it rings busy always. It must be a bogus number.If you are able to get anywhere with this,please reply-thank you!

Same thing as above. Tried to get Google Easy Kit. Was charged 48.92 from someone called NETACCESS. Called the number for Easy Kit (866-481-8192), They asked for the tollfree number on the statement gave them the number for NETACCESS (866-389-3872) Had them cancel the account and the money refunded. Did the same with the Easy Kit and was told there was a 79.86 charge that was about to go through. Canceled the account and was refunded that amount.

Same as above. Just called following numbers: 866-389-3872(busy all the time), 866-341-0774 (working nomber- got my so called account cancelled, but no refund for $2.95 and $0.09 charges- they said it's not refundable), 866-995-9815 (number disconnected), 866-407-4020 (again, cancelled so called account, but no refund for $48.92,  it's non-refundable, spoke with operator Carlton Avuy-not sure about last name- asked him for name of CEO or president of the company and address, telefone # so i can call an complain- he said that information is confidentialm and he is athorized to handle all- it means nothing- this operator was located in Colorado). They realy make you think they are related to Google, but they are not. They are set up for screwing up people, when you call them, they ask you for tel # on your statement, and they are ready to cancell your account. Funny, because every legitimate company wants you to stay with them, and they will do everything to keep you, this company is making money on cancelling you account; you are off their head, and your mony in their bank. I'm not sure, but this looks like a mail fraud and proper authorities should show interest in it, and maybe they do - any one knows how to make rest of the world aware of this crime? Many people will find ot long after other recurring charges will appear on their bank statements, that they have been screwed,

This was a website with VERY fine print.  I thought a 2.95 was going to be charged to my account.  I have had 2.95, 20.00 and 48.92 charged in one day.  I called the numbers on my account and one was DISCONNECTED. The other was able to STOP the 2.95 from Recurring and said call this other number to stop the 48.92.  When they finally found my account in their system they said it would stop but couldn't refund any charges. it supposedly plainly states on their website this.. Ya rite. I am having my bank dispute this. Phone numbers associated with this are- 866-389-3872, 866-389-3868, 866-407-4020.  This was all associated with exykit

I have the same charge that all of the people here are complaining about.  I called the very next day when I saw the charge and was told that the service related to google profits was cancelled and the funds would not be taken from my card ..... It has been taken and when I called them several times, I was refused a supervisor and I was told the funds were not refundable.... I am filing a report with the attorney general as well as with my bank for fraud.  Obviously this company is stealing peoples money and getting complaints all the time about this.... Nothing that I looked at stated that there would be a charge for this... The charge was supposed to be 1.00.   These people have got to be stopped they are theives without doubt.....

Bought 1.00 Goggle profits kit was charged 48.92 for "netaccess" After days of them telling me i "wasnt in their system" even though they charged my card, was finally told that theres a "pop up" and if you don't click on it they charge your card 48.92 that is non refundable.

POP UP? who doesn't block their pop ups from unknown websites? If there even really was one.

I told the customer service rep that their WEBSITE has no terms regarding a 48.92 charge and that i wanted to speck to a supervisor. was told my issue "didnt warrant a supervisor" and i got hung up on.

TOTAL SCAM. reported my CC as compromised and i'm sending in a dispute letter.

Had the same issues with my account.  I got a statement and tried to call the 866-389-3872.  It is temp. disconnected.  I am slightly ticked off as are the rest of you. We need to do something about this. I will contact the BBB and file a complaint.  A free trial period with money that can not be refunded is not a free trail period.

Try calling the number 1866-407-4020 (but you won't get anywhere but pissed).  I did hear the real Google is actually suing this company for millions so hopefully these people will lose their jobs but we're still out of our money.

I did not call to this company, nor receive their call.. I have been chrged for 48.92USD for nothing...Same as you. Your story is my story guys.
