    Called the actual 1800 number and they confirmed there was no actual issue with my accounts.

    This is not fraud.  Verified caller was indeed calling from Bank of America.  Probably a contractor assigned by BOA to collect debts on auto loans, credit cards, etc..

    Got a message to call bank of america at this number.  I called the actual bank and they verified that no one called me to “collect” for any reason whatsoever.  Do your research, call the actual bank and verify.

    Fraud. Similar to other callers on here I followed up with BOA and they had 0 record that I’d been contacted or needed to be contacted. Also the guy I spoke to gave me an attitude and said ‘well you can go into any BOA branch if you don’t want to talk to me’ BUT if that were true when I called BOA would have known why I was being contacted. They also called my work number which BOA has never done in 11 years and if it were that important I’d think they would have sent me an email or letter via mail, neither of which they have done yet. Fraud!
