Caller ID states: 12/01/21, W, 4:47 PM, unknown, 866-396-2963. Called my mobile phone and I answered the call but didn't't say anything. There was no robo and they hung up within eight seconds. I have had three other 866 calls from "unknown" twice on 11/29, once on 11/30 and once so far today. The other seven numbers are different. Obvious scammer.

Calls from toll free numbers are ok but all calls from New Jersey are scammers?  Kind of a skewed way of thinking or else you really hate New Jersey for some reason.

Caller ID states: 12/20/21    M    8:44 AM    unknown, 866-396-2963. Answered the call and a male robo says he is from Health IQ the spam insurance broker. I see they called me before, They are now blocked. Health IQ have 117 complaints at the Better Business Bureau most of which are about the constant calling from different numbers and 32% approve of the CEO performance on indeed.com

Easily solved with a certified, return receipt letter and a lawsuit for $500 per phone call.
