Caller ID said RMB Inc.  It was a recorded message with my name saying they were calling about a debt and to call them back at 866-396-3470.

Caller ID said RMB - recorded message looking for someone who's name I can't even pronounce and that I should call them back.

Three calls so far for someone that shares my last name, but that I don't know. Debt collection company with annoying automated system. Called once to tell them wrong number. They asked for personal info and I wasn't even the person they were looking for. Told them not to call me and they called once more so far.

They have called me every day for months with a message for someone other than me.  When I called back it was a recording asking for personal info.  I haven't been able to talk to a human to tell them to leave me alone.

We rec'd many "Unknown Number" calls and finally answered to get rid of whomever it was. It was a recorded message telling us "this is not a sales call, it is about debt collection for Robert Champion. If you are Robert Champion, stay on the line and press 6." (I think it was "6.") Well, we have never heard of Robert Champion, but i wanted to get rid of these annoying phone calls forever, so I stayed on the line. Then it asked me to punch in the last 4 digits of my SS#. I of course am not that stupid! So I punched in 5432 and eventually got a live person. I told her in no uncertain to take my phone number off this list, that we have never heard of Robert Champion, and that I would be reporting this apparently scamming phone operation.

Here's how to get to a live person, because I went through all that you are talking about. I am sure this is some scam operation. But when they ask for the last 4 digits of your SS#, just punch in 4 nonsense one (2345), etc. Then a live person will come on. Then tell them to leave you alone and that you are reporting their scam.

Rec'd recorded calls for several days in a row asking for someone with a name similar to my son's name.  Finally, I punched in the number they said to punch if it was that person....I asked what it was about, that son did not live with me (I SHOULD HAVE ASKED THEM TO SPELL LAST NAME, as it was not pronounced correctly, but failed to do that!)...they then said to give him a message & all info would be in message!  The recorded message started out "by listening to this message you verify you are______"!!  I should have hung up, but hadn't gotten number yet...it was 866-396-3470, and said it was RMB Debt Collectors.  I have given info to son, but do not know if this is legit or not.  The way they operate, I do not believe it is!!!  He has not even lived in this state for about 10 years!!

I have been called several times. When I do answer it is a recording telling me to call 866-396-3470. I can't understand the name they are asking for, I finally called to try to stop the calls but they wanted my last SS numbers. Of course, I didn't give it to them. I was asked to hold on and someone would talk to me. I finally got a dial tone.

I wish this calls would stop.

They would not give out info, unless they could speak to her. She has been known to scam herself, so i do not know if this call was legit or not. But the call was from RMB, Inc. but with a new phone number than the one listed here. It is 865-684-2141

I got the same nonsence,but from a differant number,accourding to *69.This Number is 1-866-545-2305.

Similar problem as others reported. Numerous phone calls to a person I had not heard of. Robo calls so no human to interact with. I finally called them back and left a message not to call my phone number again but left no ther info other than my phone number. Waiting to see if the calls stop.

Some company asking for a person who does not live here.  Told us to call this number and use certain number to speak so someone.

I think this is a collection agency for Juniper Bank/Barclays Bank. I think they might be attempting to collect debt that they are not legally entitled to collect. For example, I have debt that was discharged in Chapter 7 Bankruptcy and Barclays Bank said that it was sold to RMB. I think they might be on the fringe of ethical.

I'm having the same problem that others are reporting here.  The call was from "RMB Incorporated." It was for "Karina Maples" about "personal business" from a "collection agency."

Received a phone call asking for a party that i donot know or even lives in my home,said they were RMB debt collectors(pre recorded call message) and this was not a sales call.Told to call 866-396-3470,the call was from 866-545-2305

Debt collector-- but I don't owe anyone anything? Called but did not leave a voicemail.

These people keep calling our house for my husband and gave me a birthdate for the man they were looking for and it was not my husbands birthdate..I don't know if it is a scam or what but something is not right here and they call every other day most of the time it is a recording like everyone one else has said it is getting very old and something needs to bed one about it

Just received a call on my cell phone asking for my wife. They will not answer any questions unless you are the person they are trying to call. I handle all the bills in our house and even pull credit reports each year. We are not late nor missed any payments to anyone. All I can say is this has to be a scam.

I received a call as well...added them to my  contacts and have  all calls sent to voice mail
