Your problem is not clearly defined. Follow the FDCPA link I provided the other day to get started on your homework. You as the call recipient(s) are in the best position to end the calls and/or dispute the collector's claims through simple demand letters, which should always be sent via USPS Certified with return card. You can take the agency to court at low or no cost if you have indeed been abused or misled. Complaints to the FTC and attorneys general are useful for the greater good. In general these matters are yours to resolve.

You may want to release the Caps Lock next time you comment, and slow down enough to actually explain your issue if you seek advice.

I guess we should read it in William Shatner's voice.

A curious proposition. Let me try a rewrite of a pivotal speech from "Return To Tomorrow":

"The deadbeats all say .. if a man could pay, he'd HAVE no debt. But .. he .. DID pay. He discovered .. he HAD to ... because .... weeee .... MADE him pay. But I must point out that .. the possi-BILities ..... the POTENTIAL for wealth ... is great. .... RISK! ....  Risk management is OUR BUSINESS. ...... THAT'S what the agency is all ABOUT. Thaaaat's whyyyyy we're CALLING everyone! They may pay with a wire transfer or a Green Dot card.

Engineer, stand by to beam aboard three thousand dollars."

Yeah, this could really work ..... We'll get Maurice LaMarche to read it in his hysterical Kirk impression.

Well well flabberghasted I'll bet you wish you had paid back the money you took when you needed an emergency loan. Then you wouldn't have to go through such embarrassing situations. I'm sure the lender that was there for you in your time of need was actually flabbergasted when you didn't pay them back and they had to take a big loss and sell it to the nasty Phone Capones for pennies on the dollar.

Call your states Attorney General's Consumer Protection office (Legal Aid/Services helped me in St Louis) as they have violated the FDCPA & you can get $1k for each violation.
