Receive multiple calls every hour, from 8 AM to 9 PM, never leaves a message.  I'd like to know WHO this is and HOW to stop their calls!  I'm on the Do Not Call list and have reported this # multiple times!

I believe this is an automated call from Wachovia.
They put my line of credit on the wrong property
failed to cancel my line of credit
and then forced over 1,000.00 in insurance on me because my homeowner's insurance supposedly lapsed (My homeowner's insurance has never lapsed so they had no legal right to force the insurance policy)
I provided them with documentation from my lawyer and insurance company.
I still get harrassing calls from three different numbers for unauthorized insurance on an account that they failed to cancel.    Still fighting it out with them.

I keep getting calls from this number and they never leave a message.  I don't own any credit card, I never borrowed money, I don't owe anyone any amount - I was reading posts above and someone says the calls are from a collection company, but they may call be in error.  It would be nice if someone made them stop.

Keep good records and they leave a paper trail of incompetence. I have had 3 equity lines one prop sold in 2007 and the other never in my name but my spouses then they mixed up the equity on one prop to the other. faxes 4 to 5 times and then send certified letters to the dept. kept getting collection calls and they lied and lied and lied...collections has no records and a list. Even if an error is found...they don't update and keep calling. Had them stop each time I faxed the hud and deed over with letter to close acct. to diff. depts/names, calling diff number. I keep a date log and name, dept and gist of conversation. Bank never apologizes for error and keeping those employed that make their company look foolish because they don't seem to have updated information or documents. Anyway, cleared 2 out of the way and now have a 3rd one where they have fed ex sign and spend $10 to send me an equity that is soooo old don't know the property because not provided on the letter that I am behind of mortgage payments of something I think is dead and sold long ago. If they provided the address then I could dig up my property hud, deed, etc. and clear a 3rd one up. Have been going back and forth since July 2010. Seems they have equity line numbers and no records or don't train employees to read them.

I think this is an Automated Call using a taped message under the name of "AMY" Wells Fargo uses to put pressure on you for a contact deal.  This seems to be a typical bank maneuver.  Their product being "Money" or the "Use thereof."  They'll make you think "You have all kinds of Equity", but don't want to admit, EQUITY DOESN'T REPAY A LOAN.  Instead of properly checking on the qualifications of a "lendee" they close their eyes to reality and almost CON YOU into signing a document of which you don't really have the funds to repay.  When the Real Estate Market was very positive, this was their plan.  Now the market is down.  They're seeking CHEAP WAYS to recapture the funds they should not let go in the first place.  That's why a machine is repeatedly ringing your phone.
