This is a phone number that appears on my bank statement with a $19.95 charge.  I don't know who these folks are and when you call the number, they want you to put your home phone number in or press * to speak to customer service.  When I pressed *, I get a busy signal.  On my bank statement it reads:  ID LOCK something or other.  
I also have a charge from a few weeks back for $2.78 for EMS Med - their phone number is 866-335-7730.  When you call it - it's the exact same recording and crap.

I got the same charge--$19.95. Who is this?

if you signed up for a membership with us grants, or somewhere along those lines. you also signed up to become a member of id lock... you have 14 days after you sign up for the grants to cancel with id lock, or you will be charged the 19.95... thats why you forget about these guys and dont reconize the charge. its 2 weeks after you sign up...

This ID* LOCK ON 1-866-396-4584 is a scamming business. I keep getting charged by them. I have no idea how they got my billing information. I never even signed up with any type of grant. If you go to their website, it says your susposed to get a member ID card, then where is my card? I hate scammers.
