Got scam

I've been trying to call, we got thru to make reservations for
3days/2nites @Orlando resort & 2 tickets to disney.  We called to make reservation this was "Ricardo Diaz-954-338-2375
We were suppose to get e-mail confirmation in 2 wks. this has not happened.  This was thru- Telmundo And they also charged
my credit card. I'm heart broken I have never been taken on a scam.  add:6392 n.w.84 avenue mami  33166 that was the add.
my papers came valadating the trip.

we were scam from this company Universal Tours. 6392 N.W. 84 ave Miami,Florida 33166 the phone #866-396-4588 this company charged to us $300 for a vacation package of 4 days and 3 nights. i need to report this company,

I am having the same problem. i keep getting hung up on or no answer. i was able to use my Disney tix last year but now that i am trying to make reservations for Punta Cana, no on is answering. Do not even get involved with these people.

I fell for the same thing apparently. I've been trying to get a hold of someone for days now. I got charged $264.99 and got nothing for it. They don't return calls and i'm thinking of reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Also try to get my money back threw the credit card company. The last resort will be to contact a lawyer and sue them.

They are targeting Latinos and are apparently getting away with it. But we have to get together and report this.If not they will continue to scam others. I'm going to look into some information on the internet and find out how we can file a multiple suit.

I am having the same problem. the company charged a my american express credit card $199.00 for 3 days and 2 nigths en Anaheim CA and 2 tickets free to Dineyland park x 2 persons. plus 4 days and 3 nights in NAPA VALLEY CA. I AM TRIYING CALL THEM FOR 4 MONTHS. THAN ONE ANSEWER MACHINE ASK ME.  I AM REALLY SO TIRED CALL TO THEM. PLEASE, MAY BE SOME BODY HELP ME, WHAT CAN I DO.
