Repeated unwanted calls. Debt collector

Calls a few times a day and never leaves a message. Tried calling number back and was immediately put on hold, followed by a person speaking with an accent to the point that I could not understand them.

A woman called from 1-877-692-8196 named Debra Lynn. Informed me it was a recorded call. Wanted to know my date of birth. "For privacy," she said.
I explained that "for privacy" I'll keep my birth-date to myself.
She refused to tell me who she was calling with. She then said that if I just gave her my address that would be enough verification.
I explained, "No."
She was saying things like, "This is just the way it is these days." "This is what it has come to." "You've got to trust me. This is just what it has come to."
I explained that there are too many scams these days and I have been getting too many "phishing calls" and if she cannot give me where she is calling then the call isn't going anywhere.
"I'm looking at your date of birth and your address," she says.
??? UMMM..creepy.. this is not a way to gain trust..
Her solution was, "You could just call us back. We'll tell you who we are then."
So, I replied with, "What is the number?" - I had to ask this THREE times before she would give it to me.
AND it wasn't before she says, "Don't you have caller id?"
- Excuse me? Yes I have caller id. But, again. That's not how it works. You give me the number you want me to call.
She FINALLY gave me the number. 1-866-396-4884. I took the number and ended the call. Upon looking at my call log. IT'S A DIFFERENT NUMBER?! Hmm.... Watch out!
You'll have to try another tactic. How about you mail something to that address you have.. see how that works.

Calls my work/place of business and hangs up when anyone answers

Probably because there are laws stating that bill collectors can't harass people at their work place. Sounds like a fun strategy to answer phone with a business sounding name.

Robot call, no idea what it was for. Robot calls in WA State are illegal so I ignore them.

I received a call from this # and they were trying to ask me personal information but would NOT identify who they were or what their call was for. When I refused to confirm ANY of my information, the gentleman I spoke with got a really bad attitiude and threatened a lawsuit. I requested NUMEROUS times for him to verify who he was and he kept trying to give me the run around. DO NOT ANSWER THESE CALLS!!! WHEN YOU ANSWER THE CALL THEY WILL STALK YOU!!!

Calls come in one to three times per day. Now for 6 weeks. No message left. When I call back the person answers with no name but this call will be recorded.

Called and asked for my friend. Didn’t call for ME but for my friend. Strange. I blocked the number.

Call multiple times and leave no meddage or hang up when refuse to share my ungodly

Called numerous times during the day. Finally picked up and it was a robot on the line telling me to call the number. Did not mention what the call was regarding. Took caution and researched the number online. Phishing scam.

Caller ID says Robo Call, Called no message left. Blocking this number.

Have gotten 2 calls identified as debt collector.. Called at 6:32 and 7:17 pm different days ., after looking up I won't call back..

Calls every day, one morning at 5:00 am. No message.
