They called and didn't leave a message.

ditto - 2 calls from them now, at night. no voicemail

This number keeps calling and I just keep letting it go to voicemail but they never leave one. You would think they would get the hint to stop calling.

hmm, they keep calling me at night too! usually around 6-8pm.
really weird... no messages from them either...

This number just called at 7:00 PM and did not leave a voice mail.

Called my cell, left no voicemail.

Called back from an anonymous line.  They claimed to be a customer satisfaction survey for a recent automobile purchase.  I have made no such purchase and promptly hung up.

Answered my cell phone and all I heard was background noise. No one responded to my multiple Hellos. When I hung up I realized it was from this 866 number.

I received another call from this number. The person said they were calling because my car was due for service by Bill Pierre Chevrolet in Seattle. I let them know that I had been thinking about bringing my car in to them, but because of their idiotic phone calling I would most likely take my car somewhere else.

they called, it rang several times, picked it up, nobody there, and they hung up three seconds later

I've gotten a call from 866-396-5762 at around 5pm for the last two days. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.

Me too...  Could only hear people in back ground from message left on phone.
I could hear one of the background people directing someone onto a web site...
I'm on the national do not call list too....Who is this???

I have started getting a call from this number every day.  No message left.

This number belongs to a company called Customer Research.  They are hired mainly by auto dealerships to call people about bringing back their car for service.  Customer Research can be reached at 206-242-9969 and you can be put on their do not call list.

I received another call from this number. The person said they were calling because my car was due for service by Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills in Los Angeles.

Same situation.  Never leaves a message.  I called back and they said it was a customer service follow up from a dealership.  They repeatedly and aggressively asked for my name "to verify they are speaking to the right person".  I asked what dealership and they said they work for several different ones.  Followed by again asking for my name.  I asked if he knew my name and he said he needed me to provide it to verify.  I hung up and blocked them.

I have received a call from this number every day for the last seven days in a row.  They never leave a message and I have never answered it.  I hate companies who do this.  I think I will answer the phone next time and ask the caller for their personal cell phone number so that I can give them a call everyday at the most inconvenient times possible.

Call the number back and tell them to put you on their do not call list.  They said they were calling to remind me to take my car in for service where I purchased it.  I told them to stop calling and that if that's what they wanted, they should have left a message.  The lady on the line said, "Sometimes it's impossible to leave a message."  I said, "If the vm picks up, you can leave a message.  Period.  Stop calling."

I have been getting a call every day from this number without leaving me a voicemail.  I dialed the number back & I asked to have my cell number removed. Guess what they couldn't pull my number up in their system.  From what the rep told me it is a company that is hired to call "customers" nationwide who have had auto work done.  I haven't had any auto work done in a while but I am overdue for an oil change.  Based on the other posts maybe their intention is to get me to make an appt to get my oil change.  I agree with you all I don't like being bugged.  Thanks for the insight from your experience.
