- Dave Chisney| 5 repliesThis number was what my bank provided as the Company called Bilsup Co. Trying to make unauthorized charges to my Checking account Debit Card number. Calling it gets a recorded voicemail instruction from a voice sounding like a Latino female. They received a very graphic message from me describing their demise. Scumbags.

You think that by posting that here you will get your money back?Quote:I want my money back - Danielle Ferguson replies to Dave ChisneyI'M HAVING THE SAME THING HAPPEN TO ME AND I AM VERY MUCH PISSED OFF TOO
- MikeHuntleton| 1 replyThe first post (2019) had the name Bilsup.co as who charged them. There are 2 other websites with the same info as Bilsup.co
mybillingsupport.com and hlphot.com
All 3 are using the same ISP: Performive LLC ( br1.atl5-vlan34.as22384.net)
They have this on each:Quote:Contact Us
Toll Free Customer Service Hotline (US Only) (888) 594-1709
Direct Line for Customer Service (Int'l & US) (203) 484-8165
The ISP is known for scammers to use it:
Source: https://scamalytics.com/ip/isp/performive-llcQuote:Performive LLC is a high fraud risk ISP. We consider Performive LLC to be a potentially high fraud risk ISP, by which we mean that web traffic from this ISP potentially poses a high risk of being fraudulent.
Again I say dispute the charges with your credit card company or bank and ignore the scare tactic warning they have on those websites, as they are just to trick you into dealing with them and not your bank.
This is just a scare tactic trick, so ignore it!
They are the ones who will wind up in an Internet Scammer Database.Quote:***WARNING DO NOT CHARGE BACK THIS TRANSACTION***
A chargeback WILL place your name, address and credit card into an internet fraud database. This database is used by all banks and credit card companies. Once your are entered into this database you will no longer be able to process transactions online through the same billing company. It is impossible to be removed from this database once you have been added. - CJ Wolfie| 1 replyI got a charge on my card for $53.19 from hlphot.com and I didn't have that amount so it was declined. But this is also why I keep my cash app card locked. Is there anyway to block the person trying to charge my card? I have cash app and I consistently lock my card when I'm not purchasing something so these scam charges never take my money. I just want them to stop trying to charge my card.

Most people would ask that question of their banker. I guess you can't do that since cash apps are not banks so you will have to go to them, which I am thoroughly surprised that you didn't ask them and instead were hoping that some random individual would stop by and give you an honest answer. Maybe you should start keeping your money in an actual bank that has insurance and will have your back in cases like this or even better in a credit union?Quote:Is there anyway to block the person trying to charge my card? - Resident47 replies to MikeHuntleton} you will no longer be able to process transactions online through the same billing company
File with something my favorite computer dealer said twenty-ish years ago: "Don't threaten me with something I'd like to see happen!" - Ronda LubbenI didn't authorize this charge of 48.22 When I checked my internet banking this morning you can about imagine the language that wanted to come out of my mouth! They took out my phone and internet payment! I called them twice and it cancelled out and a suppposed refund is in progress! Damn it to hell anyway!!!!
