This company is Central Credit Services in Jacksonville Florida, and a rude one at that. From what I've gathered over the course of 3 years this is a Sam's club card debt owed by a Oriental gentleman. This debt has been handed from collection firm to collection firm and each time I get it through their thick skulls that im not the person they are looking for, the next firm takes over and we repeat the cycle. From what I've gathered CCS is a legit business with an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau. They also have alot of complaints as well and in my opinion from the complaints I've read when I Google the business name they might no be complying with the FTC FDCPA laws when it comes to their collection tactics. You do have rights and they should never be violated. Never pay any debt without receiving a "Debt Validation notice" by law they have to give you this notice. On a side note: be aware of the payday loan scams they will tell you the FDCPA laws don't  apply  to them which is a lie and that in itself is a violation of the FDCPA laws basically if they want you to give them money they must comply with the law no matter what fancy name they give themselves, for instance mediators and debt mediation firms. Certain debt has a statute of limitation and if the debt has expired you don't have to pay it. Good luck everbody.
