Received a call re: an outstanding debt on a bill.  I have one, on my hospital bill, so I immediately thought of this...anyway.  Instruced to call this number.  When I called it was the same voice recording that told very quickly, for a charge of $5 and something cents to write down these numbers.  I just hung up, but don't know if they charged my phone.  I'm assuming it was a scam.  Hopefully won't appear on my phone bill.
