I am trying to find out who called me - listed as a 3-way call. under locall calls for this no.
should be free. If I talked to someone I didn't get their name or thought they were some one
they weren't. calling att on Monday. They put a 3-way call down on my no for my
local pharmacy who doesn't make 3-way calls, so maybe the telphone co is sticking some
calls on peoples bills that shouldn't also. Don't know.

this is a credit card issuer and they are notorious for opening fraudulent credit lines in anyones name then never sending out the cards or notifying the victim. Go directly to the website and use the customer service numbers from there to contact them or write to them and demand that this account they are calling about be closed and tell them you want a dispute form sent to you immediately because this is credit fraud and you are reporting it to the police and the FTC (ftc.gov)
Then you have to report it and go to the credit reporting agencies (in USA experian, transunion, equifax) and look at your credit report for any things you didn't open and fight them.

I've got two letters from that bank about my account I never opened. I called to the bank and they had special regime one can't understand what they say. I  sent   the letter to the bank. But I don't know how to prevent them to use my address and other information. To report to the police?
