How do I stop them?

I'M ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST AND I KEEP GETTING CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER ON MY CELL PHONE! STOP CALLING ME!!!!

I have received numerous calls from this number and would like to have it placed on a Do Not Call list.

These calls are coming from telemarketers.This is easy to solve. All that you have to do is get  a video that will not want to make them call (Like an annoying song that nobody will like, rick roll, any stupid sound, etc) and put the sound in from of your speaker. The louder the better.

The number 866-397-2003 calls as an automated system but when you answer it automatically drops the call. When I called back, the person answered "Thank you for ordering the tag remover. All I need is your mailing address as a confirmation". When I stated to the telemarketer that I did not place an order with them and asked for their company name, all he would say is that he was with "customer service for Order Confirmation" their call back number he gave me 866-434-6600.
Long story short... the whole conversation seemed  Phisy to me.

Since my number is on the National Do Not Call Registry, I went a filed a compliant at their site.
